【摘要】 对某炭素厂职业人群健康调查结果表明,煤焦沥青烟接触者皮肤损害症征、神衰综合征、呼吸系统症状及女职工的妇科疾病检出率均显著增高。与非接触者比较,这些暴露人群外周血T淋巴细胞显著减少,且呈现随沥青烟接触强度的增高及接触时间的延长而逐渐减少的趋势,据此,可以推断煤焦沥青烟除引起一般健康危害外,还可能影响这些职业接触人群的细胞免疫功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 A health survey on occupational population exposing to the coal tar pitch fumes in their working environment was conducted to observe the harmful effects of the fumes on then. The results showed that the detectable rates of skin lesions, neurasthenic syndrome, respiratory symptoms and women ’s gynecopathy in these workers were obviously increasedc; their peripheral T lymphocyte counts where dramatically lower than those of the control, and furthermore, there existed a declining trend along with the increase of exposing years & the intensity of toxicant contact suggesting that the fumes could affect the cellular immunity functions.更多还原
