喷油过程计算中空泡模型的新探索

【摘要】 出现空泡后的计算是喷油过程计算中的一大难题。本文对此进行了一些新的探索,提出了处理空泡问题的喷油过程三阶段模型,对空泡流动的物理状况进行了描述,给出了一套简单适用的计算方法以及二次波声速的实取法,并以基于实测油管压力计算喷油规律为例,对所提模型进行了验证。结果表明,该模型对出现空泡后的二次喷射有满意的预测效果。

【Abstract】 A new study on fuel injection process calculation after cavitation appears was carried out and a three stage model was proposed to deal with the fuel injection process including cavitation and to describe physical conditions in cavitating flow. A practical calculation method as well as an on-site measuring method for second pressure wave velocity was also given. The model was verified by calculations of injection rate based on measured pressure in fuel pipe and the results showed that this model can satisfactorily predict the secondary injection after cavitation occurs
