【摘要】 本实验观察了硫酸锌对在位蟾蜍心脏活动及其缺血后复灌时的影响。结果显示:静脉注射50ug/10g的ZnSo₄（硫酸锌）使非缺血及缺血心脏心率减慢,收缩减弱,而使复灌后心脏活动恢复程度增加。提示ZnSo₄对缺血后复灌时心脏活动的恢复具有有益的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of znso₄ on frog’s heart during its isehemia and reperfusion were observed, The experiment showed that znso₄ （50ug/10g） can slow the heart rate and decrease contracticity of ischemic heart, but can speed up the restoration of heart rate and contracticity during its reperfusion, The rerults indiate that znso₄ may be benefielal to the restoration of heart functionduring its reporfusion after ischemia.更多还原
