【摘要】 本文报告80例水冼法食管双对比造影的初步应用体会。实践表明:本法能获得最佳扩张并具有优质边缘线的食管双对比图像,对于检出早期癌、显示病变的形态特征,精查病变的范围都有重要作用。文内介绍了造影方法和有关技术措施,对造影的正常 X 线表现、早期癌与进展期癌作了简要的分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper reports 80 cases with cardiac cancer confirmed by the method.It has clinically proved that the method can achieve excellent dilation and the image with cle-ar edge.It is of great importance to discover early cancers,the morphological fea-tures of the pathological changes and its extent.The paper also introduces the me-thod of contrast examination and techniques concerned,and makes an analysis on thenormal X-ray manifestions,early cancers and progreisive cancers.更多还原
