电离辐射诱导小白鼠染色体畸变的比较研究
COMPARATIVE STUDIES ON CHROMOSOME ABERRATION OF MICE INDUCED BY IONIZNING RADIATION
【摘要】 本文采用不同剂量的?C0—γ射线对小白鼠作一次性全身均匀照射,诱发骨髓细胞染色体畸变。统计各种类型的畸变,对结果进行回归分析,作出了剂量—效应曲线。在实验的辐射剂量范围内剂量—效应关系呈线性。
【Abstract】 Chromosome aberration of bone marrow was found after the whole mice wereirradiated homogeneously onee with different doses of 60C0—γ ray.The types ofabberrations were counted and a dose-effect curve was used to represent the resultsanalyzed by regresisve method.The results indicate that 60C0-γ can induce chrom-osome aberration in number and structure of mice bone marrow,the aberration ratewas higher and the effects of irradition on chromosomes depended on the doses of(60)C0-γ with the dosage used in this paper.
