小麦子粒蛋白质积累动态的研究
Study on the Accumulation Dynamic of Grain Protein of Wheat
【摘要】 1986~1988年的研究表明,小麦子粒蛋白质相对含量在开花后6d 内较高,之后迅速下降,到开花后20d 降至最低,以后又逐渐上升;子粒蛋白质绝对含量的积累变化趋势与粒重的增长是一致的,随着灌浆速度的增快而逐渐增加;子粒蛋白质相对含量的积累变化在开花后20d 以前受外界环境条件影响不太明显,在开花20d 后受日照、温度、降雨的影响有明显的变化,在一定的范围内随日照时数的增加、温度的升高蛋白质积累也有所增加;降雨有碍于蛋白质的积累;品种之间子粒蛋白质的积累变化有一定的差异。
【Abstract】 According to the study carried out from 1986 to 1988,the author arrived at the following conclusions.The wheat grain protein content ishigher in the 6th day after flowering,then drops quickly to the lowest at the20th day and soon reverts to arising.The accumulation tendency of proteinyield is in accordance to the tendency of thousand-grain weight and increas-es with the acceleration of grain filling.Before the 20th day after flowering,the accumulation of grain protein is hardly influenced by the environmen-tal conditions,but after that date,it is significantly affected by sunlight,temperature and rainfall,raising with the increase of time of sunshine andtemperature and falling with the increase of rainfall.Certain differences existin the accumulation of grain protein among varieties.
