【摘要】 对 NBT 还原法测定动物组织样品和红细胞中 SOD 活力的方法进行了研究.总结了用乙醇-氯仿混合液制备肝、脑、心肌及红细胞 SOD 提取液和测定其活力的适当条件,简化了制备红细胞 SOD 提取液的手续,减少了可能出现的误差.该方法具有简便、快速和稳定等优点.更多还原

【Abstract】 The assay of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in tissues and erythrocytes by nitroblue tetrazolium (NBT) reduction method was studied.Appropriate conditions for the preparation of SOD extract from liver,cardiac muscle,brain tissues and erythrocytes by ethanol-chloroform mixture and the assay of SOD activities were found out.The preparation procedures of SOD extract from erythrocytes were simplified,and possible erros were reduced.The methods are characterized by their simplicity, convenience,quickness and stability.更多还原
