【摘要】 作者在成功地制作大鼠去甲状旁腺低血钙动物模型的基础上,探讨了低温保存大鼠PTG24,48,72h后自体移植的可能性,为临床治疗部分医源性甲旁低功提供动物实验依据。经测定动物血清钙舍量的变化和对切除的移植物的组织学观察证实:4℃Hank-RPMI-1640液保存大鼠PTG 24,48h后自体移植是成功的,保存72h的PTG组织坏死,丧失功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the base of successfully working out the model of hypocalcium parathyroidectomized rat, we research the possibility of parathyroid autotrans—planting after cryopreservating them about 24, 48, 72 hours. We would give a animal experimental foundation for treating hypoparathyroidism following thyroidectomy. According to the results of determing serum calcium and histologic evaluation, we have proved that autotransplantation after cryopreservating parathyroid 24, 48 hours in 4℃ Hank’s—RPMI—1640 solution is succesful, but it is fail about 72 hours.更多还原
