【摘要】 作者综合使用阻抗法、脉图法、积分仪法等多项心血管无创描记技术测定静态下72名19～92岁无心血管疾患男性受试者的25项心血管功能参数,得出逐项参数与年龄的线性回归式及相关系数。实验结果表明,左心室的若干主要功能参数与年龄无关或相关较小;在血管力学参数中,反映血管弹性的有关各项指标均有明显增龄改变;平均动脉压与心肌耗氧量随增龄而增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, 25 cardiovascular function parameters were measured on 72 male subjects at rest with a synthetic method of inpedance cardiography, sphygmography and integrated-sphygmography etc.. The subjects ranged in age from 19 to 92 and were free of cardiovascular disease. The linear regression equationes and correlation coefficients of the effect of age and the measured parametric variables were calculated. The results show: the most of left ventricular function parameters had lettle correlation with age; vascular mechanics parameters indicating arterial elasticity significantly related to advancing age, there was an age-related increase in mean arterial pressure and myocardial oxygen consumption.更多还原
