【摘要】 将CB-HRP分别注入鸡跗部皮肤和腓肠肌外头内,逆行追踪其初级传入神经元的位置及初级传入纤维向脊髓的投射。证明:1、跗部皮肤的初级传入神经元胞体位于同侧 T₆～S₆脊神经节内,以 S₂节为最高峰,L₂节为1较低的峰,两峰间为1低谷。2.腓肠肌外头的初级传入神经元胞体位于同侧 T₆～S₄脊神经节内。以 S₂为最高峰,L₁有1较低的峰,两峰间在 L₃有1低谷。3.跗部皮肤的初级传入终末分布于 L₂～S₃的6个脊髓节段。横断面观,见标记的终末密集地分布于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ板层（Martin 氏划分法）。4.腓肠肌外头初级传入的终末分布于 T₆～S₅的11个脊髓节段。横断面观,见标记的终末主要分布于背外索核和Ⅰ层,Ⅴ层,头尾向上呈连续性分布。更多还原

【Abstract】 Injections of CB-HRP （conjugates of horseradish peroxidase with chole-agen subunit B） into the skin on tarsal area and the lateral head of gastroc-nemius muscles （GM） of 3～4 month old chicken.The results were asfollows:1.Following injectioninto the tarsal skin,the labeled cells distrib-uted in T₆-S₅ dorsal root ganglia （mostly in S₂） and the labeled fibers andterminals distributed in lamina Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ （Martin’s lamina,1973） of L₂-S₃segments of the spinal cord.2.Following injection into the GM,the labeledcells distributed in T₆-S₄ dersal root ganglia （mostly in S₂） and the labeledfibers and terminals distributed in lamina Ⅰ,Ⅴ and the nucleus of thedorsalateral funiculus of T₆-S₅ segments （most prominent in S₃） of the spi-nal cord.更多还原
