葡萄叶片气孔的研究—气孔形态与分布

【摘要】 应用扫描电子显微镜观察了2个种18个品种葡萄叶片的气孔。结果表明:不同品种气孔大小差异很大,同一叶片上气孔大小也不相同;气孔保卫细胞有肾脏形和梅花瓣形2种,巨型气孔一般凸出叶片表面,且周围有放射状角质条纹,小气孔分下凹和水平于叶表2种形式存在;首次在葡萄上发现环形放射状排列的气孔群及中心巨型气孔。本文还对气群的形成机制及气孔与抗旱性的关系进行了讨论。

【Abstract】 By using scaning electronic mioroscope,stomata on leaves of 2 species,18 varieties in the genera were observed.It showed that there were obvionsdifferences in stoma size among the exmined plant materials and amongstomata on one leaf.There were two types of guard cells—kidney-shapedand club-shaped.Giant stomata were generally projected to the surface ofthe leaves and there were actinoid cuticular stripes around them.smallstomata displayed two forms—sunken in or leveled on the leaf surface.Itwas the first time that we found the actioncytic stoma cluster and the centralgiant stoma.The formation machnism of stoma cluster and the relationshipbetween stoma function and drought resistance have been discussed.
