山药节间部培养及其增殖的研究
Researches on Tissue Culture and Multiplication of Chinese Yam
【摘要】 本试验以普通山药(Dioscored batatas Decne)的节间部为外植体,通过筛选附加在NA-AO+Zt10-5M和NAA10-6M+BA10-6M的MS培养基上幼植株形成率高,并且可生产多个嫩茎,其根系发达,分化速度快,繁殖系数大。为了保持山药种的纯度和无病毒株的利用,可用此法进行大量的无性繁殖。
【Abstract】 The internode tissue of Chinese Yam(Dioscorea batatasdecne) were subjected to tissue culture. Ms dedium added by O M NAA +10-5 M ZT and MS dedium added bY 10-6 M NAA +10-8 M BA were found to be two Promising culture dediums for Chinese Yam asexual ProPogation in terms of Percentage of seedling formation, shoot differatation, and root growth. The exPeriment offers a potential way for large scale Production of high Purity virus-free yam seedlings
