华南虎(Panthera tigris amoyensis)的染色体研究

【摘要】 本文借助肾细胞培养方法首次观察和研究了华南虎(panthera tigris amoyensis) 的染色体。结果表明:华南虎的二倍体染色体数为2n=38.其中有18对常染色体和1对性染色体。根据染色体的相对长度和着丝粒位置,将常染色体分为5组:A组6对(SM),B组6对(M),C组3对(ST),D组2对(T),E组1对(M),XY性染色体皆为中着丝粒染色体。另外,银染色表明,NORs仅位于18号染色体的次缢痕处。

【Abstract】 The karyotype of a male South China tiger are firstly studied based on chromosome preparations of kidney cells. The results show that the South China tiger has a diploid nurnbe of 2n=38. According to the chromosome measurement data all autosomes can be classified into the following categoris:Group A: 6 pairs of submetacentrics.Group B: 6 pairs of metcentrics.Group C: 3 pairs of subtelocentrics.Group D: 2 pairs of telocentrics.Group E: 1 pairs of metacentric with a secondary constriction on the short arm.The sex chromosomes X and Y are all metacentrics.In addition the Ag-stained karyotype of P. t. amoyensis only has one NOR site, which is located on the secondary constriction of the NO.18.
