光周期对母绍鸭繁殖性能的影响

【摘要】 长光照促进母鸭性成熟。10%和50%产蛋率日龄分别为111和130天;短光照延迟性成熟,10%的产蛋率为145日龄,最高产蛋率为19.4%,在152日龄。长光照和短光照对产蛋均有不良影响,长光照组产蛋持续14周,20周龄的产蛋高峰为58.2%;短光照组产蛋只持续8周,22周龄的产蛋高峰仅13.89%。开产后6周内,长光照组初产蛋重显著小于短光照组(P<0.05);血清孕酮含量长光照组较高;雌二醇含量长光照组在10~16周龄较高,其余各周龄则短光照组较高。雌二醇和孕酮的比值与产蛋率呈极显著的负相关。长光照组松果腺重与卵巢重相关显著,短光照组相关不显著。

【Abstract】 Increasing photoperiod accelerated sexual maturity, and the rate of egg production reached 50% at 130 days. Short photoperiod inhibited sexual maturity, and the highest rate of egg production was only 19.4% at 152 days. Both of long (Group Ⅰ) and short (Group Ⅱ) photoperiods were disadvantagcous to laying performance. The duration and highest rate of egg production were 14 weeks and 58.27% at 20 weeks in Group Ⅰ, and 8 weeks and 13.89% at 22 weeks in Group Ⅱ respeetively. The serum progesterone level was higher than those of Group Ⅱ. The estradiol level of Group Ⅰ was higher between 10 and 16 weeks, but at the other weeks, that of GroupH was higher. The negative correlation between the weight of pencal and ovary was significant (P<0.05) in Group Ⅰ, but it was not in Group Ⅱ.
