再生稻茎秆贮藏淀粉与再生苗生长的细胞化学研究
CYTO-CHEMICAL STUDIES ON STORAGE STARCH OF CULM AND RATOON GROWTH IN RATOONING RICE
【摘要】 用低位芽再生型早熟品系,对再生稻茎秆贮藏淀粉与再生苗生长的关系进行研究,结果表明:(1)供给再生稻营养的茎秆贮藏淀粉是在头季稻乳熟期以后积累的,至头季稻收获后2周左右消耗完毕;(2)头季稻茎秆贮藏淀粉,能够供给再生萌发与初期生长所需要的营养,促进再生稻的茎叶生长及幼穗分化。
【Abstract】 Cyto-chemicai studies were made on the relations between the storage starch of culm and ratoon growth in ratooning rice with a lower node position and early maturing strain. The main results were as follows:1. The storage starch that supplies nutrients for ratoon crop was accumulated in culm after the milk stage of the first crop and exhausted about two weeks after harvesting of the first crop.2. The storage starch in the eulm of the first crop could supply nutrients for both bud sprouting and ratoon growth during the initial period of ratoon crop. So the storage starch could promote the growth of stems and leaves and the panicle differentiation of ratoon crop.
