双脉冲TEACO2激光器谐振腔结构分析
Structural Analysis of the Resonator in a Double-pulse TEACO2 Laser.
【摘要】 本文描述了由共用同一光学谐振腔结构的两组电极产生时间间隔可调脉冲的双脉冲TEACO2激光器,在共腔结构上研究了获得单模运转的方法,认为选择纵膜采用光栅复合腔,选择TEMmn模采用平一凹稳定腔以及在光腰位置插入一定大小孔径光阑比较适宜。
【Abstract】 Our paper introduces a double-pulse TEACO2 laser using twopairs of electrodes in the same resonator and producing adjustable time inter-val. The operation of simple mode in the resonator is studied. It is consideredmore suitable to select harmonisation of grating for longitadinal modes, andplam-concare stable carity for TEMmn.
