电渗析提取乳酸的新技术
A NEW TECHNOLOGY OF EXTRACTION OF LACTIC ACID BY ELECTRODIALYSIS (ED)
【摘要】 本文报道了电渗析提取乳酸新技术的原理、工艺流程、操作步骤和扩大试验的结果。电渗析能够取代现行生产工艺中的发酵液浓缩、乳酸钙结晶和乳酸钙硫酸酸化。电渗析后乳酸的平均得率为91.86%,每千克乳酸平均耗电3.11千瓦小时。乳酸产品质量附合英国药典(80版)标准。
【Abstract】 The paper reports the principe, process chart, experimental procedures and results on a large scale of the new technology of extraction of lactic acid by ED. ED can replace the present processes. In the concentration of fermentation broth, crystalization of calcium dilactate with sulphuric acid. After ED, the average recovery of lactic acid is 91.86%. The power cost is 3.11 Kwhr per Kg of lactic acid. The products of lactic acid after ED comply with the standards of BP(80).
