【摘要】 本工艺对传统松花蛋生产工艺进行改革,改有铅为无铅、改浓料为清料、改用缸散装浸泡为蛋箱装入集装箱下池浸泡,改人工配料灌料为管道输送、改成品用料泥包蛋为涂蜡膜、改季节性生产为常年生产、改作坊式手工生产为机械化生产。减轻了工人劳动强度,减少了工序,劳动生产率提高了10倍,次品率控制在3％以下。产品质量达到国标GB9694—88松花蛋标准。本工艺设计的集装箱制造简单,使用方便,符合工艺要求。同时从理论和实践上对用集装箱生产无铅松花蛋进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Improvements were made about the traditional technique of preserved egg production. No lead was used. Concentrated ingredients were changed to netted ones,bulk soaking with vats to Soaking with egg boxes being put in containers,artificially formulating and filling to tube delivery,seasonal production to perennial production,workshop production to mechanized production The reforms reduced labour intensity 01 workers and working process andincreased productivity by ten times. The defective goods rate was controlled to be below 3%. The products Were up to the State standard in quality.The Containers designed in this technique are simple to make and convenient to use and are in line with technological requirements.
