棉花叶片蜜腺超微结构的研究

【摘要】 棉花叶片蜜腺为棒状的多细胞腺体,包括分泌细胞、柄细胞和足细胞。这些细胞具有一般薄壁细胞之特点:细胞核与核仁较大;内质网、核糖体、线粒体丰富。足细胞、柄细胞的细胞质中充满光滑内质网和囊泡。在液泡或细胞质中含有大量亲锇电子密沉积物。相邻细胞间有丰富的胞间连丝或通道相连。腺体外周的壁间存在互通的间隙,但在柄细胞两侧壁中有栓质加厚,防止分泌物倒流。

【Abstract】 The vein nectray on cotton leaves is the clubbed multicellular gland that is composed of se- cratory cell,stalk cell and foot cell.All these cells possess general characteristics of parencny- ma cell:larger nuclear and single enlarged nucleous;abundant in endoplasmic reticulum,ribo- somes and mitochondria.In stalk cell and foot cell there were rich of smooth endoplasmic retic- ulum and vesicles.A large number of electron-dense substances were deposited within the vacuoles or among protoplasm.Between the foot cell and the stalk cell,and between the stalk cell and the secratory cell,there are abundent plasmalemma.In gland periphery cell,the cell wall spaces were linked up each other until both sides of the thick wall of the stalk cell,pre- vented from the secreation leaking back to the epidermal cell.
