【摘要】 通过测定51训急、慢性肾小球肾炎病人血清中红细胞免疫粘连抑制因子及增强因子活性和红细胞C3b受体功能,证明病人红细胞免疫粘连抑制因子活性增强,增强因子活性降低,与对照相比差异显著P<0.01,红细胞C3b受体功能呈明显低下状态。这种红细胞免疫功能异常与红细胞免疫粘连调节因子紊乱有关更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the defermination to the erythrocyte immunologic adhension inhibitory factor or enhancing activity and RBC, C3b receptor function which occured in the blood serum of the acute and chroic nephritis patients ,I proved that the patients,RBC immunologic adhesion inhibitory factor has got enhancement,and the enhancing activity has got down ,The differences of the contrast group were p<0.01.we found that the RBC,C3b receptor function-was in lower state The abnomal RBC immunologic function was related to the derangement of the RBC immunologic adhesion regulatory factor更多还原
