射线工作者外周血淋巴细胞微核的观察
Obsevation of the lympohocytes micro Nucleus in Circular blood about the Radiating workers
【摘要】 本文通过射线工作者外周血淋巴细胞微核率的观察,说明辐射可导致细胞内染色体损伤。经统计学分析,微核率可随工作年限的延长而升高,有显著的统计学意义。
【Abstract】 This paper revealed that the chromosomes of lymphocyte are broken by redi-ation by observing the rate of the lymphocyte’s micro-uucleus in circular blood. The micro-nucleus rate rises gradually along with the working times which has a great significance in statistics.
