【Abstract】 The ear edge venular iniurious changes of 44 rabbits induced by two methods of needle-withdrawal after venipuncture were observed and compared. The pathological changes caused by the new method (quick pulling out the needle and then pressing the wound with a cotton stick) were significantly lighter than those caused by the old conventional method (pulling out the needle under the pressing of a cotton stick). This result provides pathological basis for the popularization of the clinical application of this new needle-withdra walmethod of venipuncture.更多还原
