增加粮食生产,改善宁夏人民食物结构
IMPROVING FOOD CONSTITUENTS FOR PEOPLIE OF NINGXIA BY INCREASING GRAIN OUTPUT
【摘要】 宁夏人民食物结构的主要缺点是蛋白质成分不足,蛋白质中动物蛋白的比例低下,每日膳食中所含蛋白质数量及动物蛋白的比例低于全国平均水平。发展动物蛋白生产是改善人民食物结构的必由之路,而增加动物性蛋白生产的前提是增加粮食生产。根据我区人口增长的趋势,粮食生产应有较大幅度的增长,才能起到改善人民食物结构的杠杆作用。本文提出了增加粮食生产、改进粮食品质的若干战略措施。
【Abstract】 The main defect of food constltuents for the people ofNingxia is that there is protein deficiency in it and the proportion of animal protein in the daily protein is rather low. The amount of protein in daily food and the proportion of animal protein in the protein are both lower than the average level of China. The only way to improve the food constituents is to increase the production of animal protein. How-ever, increasing grain output is a precondition. According to the situ-ation in population growth in Ningxia, only when the grain output hasbeen increased by a big margin can the food constituents be improved. This paper presents some strategic measures to increase grain output and improve food quality.
