圆弧槽气体润滑非接触式机械封密的特性

【摘要】 本文提出了一种新型的气体动压机械密封结构——部分圆弧槽泵入式气体机械密封。并用有限元法计算了此结构的气膜承载能力和气膜刚度。本文还引入了优化气体动压膜机械密封的新概念——刚漏比。并利用这一概念对其结构进行了优化。试验证明,部分圆弧槽泵入式气体机械密封具有良好的特性。与部分螺旋槽气体机械密封相比,两者特性相似,但前者较后者容易制造。

【Abstract】 A new design of circular arc grooved face secl, i. e. an inwardly pumping partially circular arc grooved mechanical face seal was presented. The load carrying capacity and film stiffness of the spiral grooved face seal and this type was calculated by using the finite element methode. A new concept of optimization for self-acting gas seals, i. e. the stiffness-leakage ratio of mechanical face seal is introduced. By using this ratio, the optimum conditions are obtained. Experiments verify the prediction of the characteristics of partially circular arc grooved face seals, the performance of circular arc grooved face seals is similar to that of spiral grooved face seals, but the former is easier to manufacture.
