我国卤虫(Artemia)两种同工酶的研究
A Study of Two Isozymes of Artemia from China
【摘要】 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳方法分析了我国10个不同地理品系卤虫的苹果酸脱氢酶(MDH)和过氧化物酶(POD)的同工酶,实验结果表明两种酶均为多态。并分析了控制MDH和POD同工酶的8个位点和16个等位基因。四倍体卤虫重复基因不表达,形成功能二倍体,电泳结果无性别差异。
【Abstract】 Malate dehydrogenase(MDH)and peroxidase(POD)isozyme of Artemia from China are investigated with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method,and we analyse 8 loci and 16 alleles.Experimental results show:(1)MDH and POD are all polymorphic in 10 Artemia strain(2)some of the duplicate genes of tetraploid Artemia from Balikun lake“silenced”yield functional diploidzation (3)there is no electrophorectic difference observed between males and females of Artemia.
