应力比R对腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率〔da/dN〕cF影响的研究
A STUDY ON EFFECT OF STRESS RATIO R ON THE CORROSION FATIGUE CRACK GROWTH RATE （da/dN）cF
【摘要】 以混流式水轮机转轮叶片常用材料 ZG20SiMn 为对象,研究不同应力比 R 对腐蚀疲劳裂纹扩展速率〔da/dN〕cF的影响,并用累积塑性应变分析影响机理,试验结果为水轮机设计和转轮叶片的寿命估算提供依据.
【Abstract】 In this paper,steel ZG20SiMn has been studied on the effect of different stress ratio Ron the crack growth ratio of corrosion fatigue [da/dN]cF and its influential principle is discussed by usingthe idea of accumulated plastic strain ε.The test results are applied to design hydraulic terbin and determinethe life of runner blade.
