含硅贝氏体钢的残余奥氏体稳定性及其影响

【摘要】 研究了含硅贝氏体钢在不同回火温度下的残余奥氏体稳定性及其对力学性能的影响;得出了残余奥氏体热稳定性和机械稳定性随回火温度的变化规律:表明残余奥氏体的机械稳定性对钢的力学性能产生重大影响;含硅贝氏体钢经正火300℃回火的残余奥氏体机械稳定性较高,有利于提高冲击韧性、降低缺口敏感性和提高腐蚀疲劳寿命;适当的低温回火对含硅贝氏体钢是必要的。

【Abstract】 The effect of stability of retained austenite on impact toughness, notch sensitivity and corrosion fatigue behaviour of Si-Mn-Mo low-carbon bainitic steel under different tempering tempratures has been investigated. The results show that the stability of retained austenite of low-carbon bainitic steel through 300℃ tempering after normalizing is higher than that of normalizing untempering. Thus impact toughness and corrosion fatigue life has been increased and then notch sensitivity has been reduced. It shows that the suitable ow-temprature tempsring after normalizing of low-carbon bainitic steel is advantageous to the heightening of property.
