银-HDAA-三乙醇胺三元络合体系光度测定痕量银
PHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF TRACE AMOUNTS OF SILVER BY A TERNARY LIGAND SYSTEM OF Ag(Ⅰ)-HDAA-TEA
【摘要】 在 Triton X-100存在下,于pH 10.2的硼砂缓冲溶液中,银-HDAA-三乙醇胺形成暗红色三元络合物,其最大吸收波长为545nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.28×10~5,比耳定律范围为0~7μg/25ml,以EDTA为掩蔽剂,可以消除多种金属离子的影响。应用本法,直接测定了废水中痕量的银,分析结果与原子吸收法测定结果一致。
【Abstract】 In the presence of Triton X-100, silver ion forms with HDAA and triethanolamine a dark-redternary complex in borax buffer solution with an apparent molar absorptivity of 1.28×10~5 at 545nm. Beer’s lawis obeyed in the range of 0~7μg of Ag in 25ml of solution. Most of the heavy metals can be masked by EDTA.Results obtained by using the proposed method on waste water samples agree well with those obtained by atomicabsorption spectrophotometry.
