歧化反应冷原子吸收光谱法测定水中痕量氰化物

【摘要】 根据Hg(Ⅰ)离子的歧化反应发展了测定水中pg量氰化物的分析方法。该方法简便快速,检出限22pg,测定0.5和1.0ng氰的变异系数分别为13%和7.5%。校正曲线的线性范围0~1.5ng。本法适用于水中痕量氰化物的测定。

【Abstract】 An analytical method is developed that can be used to determine picogram amounts of cy-anide in water. The technique is based on the reastion of cyanide ion in solution with mercury (Ⅰ) ion topromote its disproportionation to metallic mercury and mercury (Ⅱ) ions. The method gives a linear calibrationover the range 0~1.5ng. The limit of detection is 22pg of cyanide and the coefficients of variation for deter-mination of 0.5 ed 1.0ng of cyanide are 13% and 7.5% respectively. Trace cyanide in water has been determined with satisfatory results.
