【Abstract】 In this paper,problems of focal length measurement of Fourier lens by conven-tional methods are discussed. Frequency spectrum analysis method is presented inthe measurement. Description on theoretical analysis and experimental method ismade in detail. The key technique are developed, with which the accuracy andstability are improved. The accurecy of measurement reaches 0.30%. The methodmay also be used in the measurement of general imaging lens.更多还原
