【摘要】 沂蒙山地区1966～1986年间经手术治疗的25例纵隔畸胎瘤,平均年龄为24.5岁。男女发病基本相等。临床症状以胸背部疼痛、呼吸困难及咳嗽较常见。有5例就诊时无症状。X线示纵隔包裹性肿块突入肺野,钙化9例,钙化性瘤壁3例,非特异性钙化3例,骨及牙齿2例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reviewed were 25 cases of benign terato(?)nas in the mediastinum treated surgically in Yimeng Mountain Areas from 1936 to 1986. The ages ranged from 6 months to 65 year(?), the average being 26.5 years. The most common symptoms were pain in the chest, back or shoulder, dyspnea and cough, but 5 cases were asymptomatic at first. From chest X-ray photographs, a well-circumscribed anterior mediastinal mass could be seen to protrude into the lung field. Calcification was found in 9 patients. There were calcified tumor walls in 3 cases and nonspecific calcifications in 2 cases.更多还原
