【摘要】 本文对32例高血压病患者的左心功能做超声检查,并以30例无心血管病的健康人作照,其中21例先后应用异汉防己甲素和尼群地平进行降压治疗,并比较治疗前后左心功能的变化结果显示:高血压左心功能指标绝大多数有显著改变,而以舒张功能减退出现最早,也最为明显降压治疗后则有显著改善,尼群地平的总有效率为95.2％,异汉防己甲素为81.0％,前者稍高,无统计学差异,提示:降压治疗可改善其左心功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 The left ventricular function in 32 cases with essential hypertension and 30 normal controls were evaluated by echocardiography. 21 of the hypertensive cases received isotetrandrine and nitrendipine. The results showed that most indexes of left ventricular function were improved after antihypertensive medication. The impaired left ventricular diastolic function was the most improved. The total effective rates of isotetrandrine and nitrendipine were 81.0% and 95.2% respectively.更多还原
