毛杨梅树皮中的黄酮醇(英文)
FLAVONOLS FROM MYRICA ESCULENT A BARK
【摘要】 从毛杨梅(Myrica esculenta)树皮分离出2个新的棓酰化黄酮醇苷,它们是:杨梅黄酮3-o-(3n-o-棓酰)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷及杨梅黄酮3-o-(2n-o-棓酰)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷。伴随在一起的还有杨梅黄酮、杨梅苷和杨梅黄酮3-o-(2n-o-棓酰)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷。它们的化学结构式是通过局部水解、完全水解、标样对照、快速原子轰击质谱、1H-1H相关谱及13C核磁共振谱得到确定的。
【Abstract】 Two novel galloylated flavonol glycosides,namely:myTicetin 3-o-(3n-o-galloy1)-a-L-rhamnopyranoside arid myricetin 3-o-(2n-o-galloy1)-β-D-galactopyranoside,have been isolated from the bark of Myrun escutenta .accompanied by myricetin.myricitrin and myricetin 3-o-(2n-o-galloy1)-a-o-L-rhamnopyranoside. Their chemical structures have been elucidated by partial and total hydrolysis,comparison with model substances,FAB-MS, 2H-H COSY and 13C NMR.
