【摘要】 本文报道20例肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤(AML),均行CT扫描,19例做了B型超声查。男4例,女16例,男女之比为1:4。年龄26～76岁,平均47.4岁,均不伴结节性硬化.CT能发现瘤内的脂肪,具有特异性。超声和血管造影有辅助作用。讨论了肾AML 和肾囊肿、肾癌等的鉴别诊断问题。更多还原
