【摘要】 本文报告2例罕见的以肝脏病损为主的恶性神经纤维瘤病。本病主要应与原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)或肝内转移瘤鉴别。临床经过缓慢.临床检验提示肝脏恶性病变可能而不支持HCC.肝动脉造影结节内部显影浅淡,外周浓密;对碘化油显示敏感性低,且吸收块。病理确诊之前,全误诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two rare cases of malignant neu-rofibromatosis with principle lesion inthe liver are reported.The main dif-ferential diagnosis was made witch theprimary hepatoma or the intrahepaticmetastatic carcinoma.The clinical co-urse developed gradually.Laboratoryexaminations suggested a possibilityof malignant hepatic lesion,but notagree with hepatocellular carcinoma.Hepatic angiography showed noduleswith a much minor opacity in its cen-tral area than its periphery.Only asmall amount of iodized oil stayed fora short time in the nodules.All thetwo cases were misdiagnosed beforepathological examination.The mecha-nism of some X-ray signs is discussed.更多还原
