【Abstract】 We elaborate the relationship between feature and part structure, between feature and process method and between feature process method and part process planning. We have also proposed a method to divide a part into several features. Based on expert system, some process decision making rules are given according to basic process principles and actual situation in industry. Finally, we establish feature’s process method including operation and step sequence knowledge base. It is completely possible to generate process planning for rotary parts.更多还原
