【Abstract】 The expressin levels of K99 and F41 fimbriae antigens of recombinant plasmid pMG611 in the different hosts and under the different,incubation con- ditions had been measured by ELISA.The resuits have indicated that recombin- ant plasmid pMG611-harboring strains HB101(pMG611) and RRI(pMG611) produed more fimbriae antigens than that of C600(pMG611).The effects of the media,temperatures and alanine on the expression had also been studied.更多还原
