掺杂Na~+的KCl色心激光晶体的正电子湮没研究
Study on KCl Colorated Center Doped with Na~+ Crystal by Positron Annihilation
【摘要】 本文用正电子湮没方法研究了在掺Na+条件下,单纯、附色和γ射线辐照的KCl单晶的湮设寿命以及Doppler展宽S参数与掺Na+量的关系。结果表明掺Na+量为800ppm的KCl单晶空位浓度最小,为4.24×1017/cm3,它接近于纯KCl晶体的空位浓度。在附色的KCl晶体中存在明显的F心。S参数主要是受卤族阴离子外层电子的影响。此外还对掺Na+的KCl单晶正电子湮没机制进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The relation of the live times and S parameters with doped quantities of Na+ have beenstudied by positron annihilation method in pure, colourable and irradiant KCl single crystals,The results show that the concentration of vacancies of KCl doped with 800ppm Na+ is 4.24×1017/cm3. It is close to that of the pure KCl crystal. The obvious F centers exist in the coloratedcrystal. The S parameters are mainly influenced by the external electrons of halide ions. Me-chanism of annihilation of KCl crystal doped with Na+ has been discussed.
