【摘要】 给出一种快速构作4k 阶全对称幻方的方法以及计算这种幻方中任意位置处元素的公式.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the authors present a high-speed way to construct the all-symmetric magic squares of order 4k and a set of formulae to calculate any element of this kind of magic squares.
