低锡铜基耐磨合金的研究
Study on wear-Resistant Alloy of Tinless Copper Base
【摘要】 本文研究了一种代替锡青铜(ZQSn10—1,ZQSn 6—6—3)含锡量仅为0.4%的铜基耐磨合金.试验结果表明:这种新合金的机械性能远优于锡青铜。具有良好的工艺性能、物理性能及抗蚀性能.由于含锡量低,成本仅为锡青铜的2/3,初步的试生产表明:该材料在冶金、机械、轻工等行业具有广泛的应用前景.
【Abstract】 In order to replace the tin bronze(ZQSn10—1,ZQSn 6—6—3),this paper make a study on the copper base alloy of which the content is only 0.4%Sn.The experiment tal results show that the mechanical properties of the new alloy is better than Tin bro onze,and it has favourable process properties,physical properties and corrosion resi- istance properties.As it has a low content of Tin,its cost is only 2/3 of that of Tin bronze.The preliminary trial production shows that this kind of new alloy is promising in metallurgical industry,machine-building industry,light industry and so on.
