高粱抗高粱蚜的生化基础
STUDIES ON THE BIOCHEMICAL BASIS OF RESISTANCE IN SORGHUM TO SORGHUM APHID MELANAPHIS SACCHARI (ZEHNTNER)
【摘要】 高粱中的可溶性总氮、可溶性总糖和绝大部分游离氨基酸,特别是必需氨基酸,在感性品种中的含量显著地比抗性品种中的含量高。感性品种叶液微偏酸,抗性品种近中性。多元回归分析表明,高梁对高粱蚜Melanaphis sacchari (Zehntner)的抗性与可溶性总氮、可溶性总糖和游离氨基酸的含量呈反相关。
【Abstract】 The biochemical basis of resistance in sorghym to sorghum aphid Melanaphis sacchari (Zehntner) was studied by chemical analysis of the fifth and sixth leaves when the plants were in the earing stage.Four susceptible varieties and four resistant varieties were used.The results indicated that the leaves of the susceptible varieties had signifucantly higher levels of soluble nitrogen,sugars,and many free amino acids,esppecially the essential amino acidswhen compared with that of the resistant varieties.The sap pH of the resistanr sorghum leaves displayed slightly acidic while it was neutral in tie susceptible varieties.Multiple regression analysis showed that the resistance to the sorghum aphid is negatively correlated with the con-terns nf soluble nitrogen,sugars and free ainino acids in the sorghum follage
