不同温度对黄肢散白蚁无翅补充型形成的影响
INFLUENCE OF TEMPERATURE ON THE FORMATION OF APTEROUS NEOTENICS OF TERMITE RETICULITERMES FLAVICEPS (OSHIMA)
【摘要】 本试验研究温度因子与黄肢散白蚁Reticulitermes flaviceps(Oshima)无翅补充型形成的关系。试验结果表明,温度因子可影响黄肢散白蚁无翅补充型产生的速度、数量、生殖力及卵孵化率等。其中以26℃条件下饲养的群体产生无翅补充型的速度最快、产卵量最多及卵孵化率最高,29℃次之。而在温度23℃饲养的黄肢散白蚁工蚁产生补充型速度较慢、产卵较少,且大多数群体的补充型所产的卵不能孵化,即使能孵化的群体,其孵化率也很低。
【Abstract】 The workers of Reticulitermes flaviceps (Oshima) were maintained at different temperature conditions (23, 26 and 29℃) in order to observe the influence of temperature on the formation of apterous neotenics. The optimum temperature for the formation of apterous neotenics was at 26℃. Number of eggs laid by neotenics at 26℃ was greater than that at 23℃ and 29℃. Rate of egg hatching was rather low at 23℃.
