【摘要】 采用苦楝的不同树龄,分别是17年、15年、11年、8年、5年的木材、表皮、种核,对家白蚁Coptotermes formosanus Shiraki进行室内毒力和抗蛀性能测定,比较其差异程度。毒力测定结果表明,五组不同树龄的样品对白蚁的致死率均是100%。抗蛀性能结果表明,五组不同树龄的木材样品的消耗量在22.5—26.33%之间,表皮、种核均未受蚀。其中8年的木材对白蚁的毒性较大;五组不同树龄的表皮对白蚁毒力的差异显著,树龄长的表皮对白蚁的致死时间较快;五组不同树龄的种核对白蚁毒力的差异不显著。家白蚁对五组不同树龄的样品消耗量差异不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The termite resistance of M. azedarach L. at age 5, 8, 11, 15 and 17 years was evaluated in laboratory. Results indicated that blocks, barks and seeds of M. azedarach L. at various age were toxic to the termite, C. formozanus, At the end of the 63 day experimental period, no termites survived on all of samples. Barks and seeds of M. azedarach, which contained more antitermitic substances, showed no termite damage. Analysis of variance showed significant differences in toxicity of blocks at various age to C. formosanus. Blocks of M. azedarach at 8 year old were the most toxic to C. formosanus. There were differences in toxicity of barks at various age. The old barks contained more toxic substances, there were no differences in toxicity of seeds at various age.更多还原
