【摘要】 报告化学假体治疗阳萎32例,39人次。诊断为心理性阳萎。罂粟碱和酚妥拉明混合使用,除2例次用药只有5mg面无效外,余37例次效果均好,双方性生活满意。持续勃起时间最长22h,最短10～20 min,平均2～4 h。罂粟碱用药无剂量依赖关系,与个体敏感性和阳萎病程有关。对勃起时间超过12 h者两侧分别注射肾上腺素和阿拉明后30 min即恢复常态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty two patients (39 times) who had been diagnosed as psychogenic impotence were treated by chemical prosthesis. The results showed that intracavernous injection of papaverine and phetola mixture was effective and both of the couple were satisfied with their sexual life except for 2 cases which only a small dose of papaverine (5 mg) was injected alone. After injection,erectile time was from 10 min to 22 h and 2-4 h on the average. The dose of papaverine depended on individual sensitivity and the course of disease. 2 patients with penile erection over 12 h recovered to normal 30 minutes after in jection of adrenalin or aramine.更多还原
