【摘要】 报道77例高血压病患者(糖耐量正常54例,糖耐量低减23例)口服巯甲丙脯酸对糖代谢的影响。结果表明,服药后4～6周糖耐量正常组服糖60min 血糖及血胰岛素水平变化明显(P<0.01),其余各时相(0’,30’,120’,180’)变化无显著性差异(P>0.05);糖耐量低减组服药前后比较,各时相间均无显著性差异(P>0.05),其它有关实验室检查亦未见明显变化。提示巯甲丙脯酸对糖代谢无明显不良影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of captopril on carbohydrate metabolism in seventy-seven patients with essential hyper- tension was studied,of the 77 patients,54 had normal glucose tolerance and 23 had impaired glucose tolerance.4-6 weeks after captopril therapy,serum glucose and insulin levels showed marked changes 60 minutes after taking glucose (P<0.01)in patients with normal glucose tolerance,but no significant changes were found(P>0.05)at other time intervals (0′,30′,120′,180′).Significant changes were not found in serum glucose and insulin levels nor by other laboratory examinations in patients with im- paired glucose tolerance before and after captopril therapy.These results suggest that captopril does not have adverse effects on glucose metabolism in hypertensive patients.更多还原
