碱土金属醋酸盐催化脂肪酸乙氧基化研究
STUDY ON OXYETHYLATION OF FATTY ACID CATALYZED BY ALKALINE EARTH METAL ACETATE
【摘要】 研究了碱土金属醋酸盐催化下的脂肪酸(特别是硬脂酸)乙氧基化反应。其中钙和镁的醋酸盐活性很低,醋酸钡和醋酸锶的催化活性较好,但均明显低于碱金属氢氧化物的催化活性。结合实验结果,用络合理论对反应机理、诱导期及其成因作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 The oxyethylation of fatty acid,esp.stearicacid,catalyzed by alkaline earth metal acetate was investigated.The results showed that the catalytic activities of CaAc2 and MgAc2 are relatively low,and BaAc2 and SrAc2 are better but both are significantly lower than that of alkali metal hydroxides.The oxyethylation mechanism of fatty acid was primar- ily discussed on the basis of experimental data and complex theory.
