【摘要】 用ZSM-5沸石分子筛催化剂在气固相催化反应器中进行二甘醇脱水环化制取二噁烷的研究,实验结果表明研制的ZSM-5沸石分子筛催化剂具有良好的催化活性和选择性,二甘醇转化率和二噁烷选择性均>90％,且具有良好的活性稳定性及再生重复性。该催化剂用于制取二噁烷的最佳反应温度为270～280℃,二甘醇进料重量空速为1～1.5h^-1。更多还原

【Abstract】 The dioxane was prepared by dehydration and cyclization of diethylene glycol in gas-solid-phase catalytic reactor with the ZSM-5 zeolite catalyst.The experimental result showed that the prepared ZSM-5 zeolite has excellent catalytic activity and selectivity,with the conversion and selectivity are both>90%,and the optimal reaction temperature and weight-space velocity of feeding are 280℃ and 1～1.5h^-1 respectively.更多还原
