南阳黄牛肝片吸虫病血清酶活性的变化

【摘要】 本文报道了南阳黄牛肝片吸虫病血清酶活性变化的规律.测定的血清酶有鸟氨酸氨基甲酰转移酶(OCT),山梨醇脱氢酶(SDH),精氨酸酶(ARG),谷草转氨酶(GOT)和γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)。肝片吸虫病牛 OCT 和 SDH 活性升高,反映肝实质受损害,γ-GT 活性升高,反映肝胆系统受损害。OCT,γ-GT 的活性升高程度与肝片吸虫病牛的临床症状具有相关性变化.这两个酶活性测定对肝片吸虫病的诊断和疗效判断具有一定价值。ARG 活性无明显变化,不能用于由肝片吸虫病引起的肝损害.GOT 活性在牛慢性肝片吸虫病不升高.我们认为在牛羊肝片吸虫病测定 OCT 和γ-GT 比测定 GOT 和γ-GT 要好.

【Abstract】 This paper reports the Changes of activities of serum enzyme in Nanyang cattle withfascioliasis.The determinted serm enzymes were ornithine carbamyl transferase(OCT),Sorbitol dehydrogenase(SDH),arginase(ARG),glutamic oxalacetic transaminase(GOT)andγ—glutamyl transpeptidase(γ—GT).The increases in OCT and SDH activities reflectedparenchyml liver damage,whereas increases in γ-GT activity reflected hepatobiliary damage.The degree of increases in OCT and γ—GT activities correlated with symptom of sick cattle.The determination of these two enxymes may provide a definite valu in the diagnosis andjudgement of the curative effect of fascioliasis.ARG activity which had limited changes is notuseful in detecting liver damage due to fascioliasis.GOT activity did not increase in chronicfascioliasis in cattle.It is concluded that the determination of OCT and γ-GT is much moresignificance than that of GOT and γ-GT in cattle,sheep amd goats with fascioliasis.
