凸轮加工的数控技术

【摘要】 凸轮是一种使用很普遍的机械零件,采用经济型数控方法加工比靠模法加工有较多优点。本文着重介绍了在对加工对象全面分析基础上,得出拟合凸轮廓线较为适当的数学模型,以工作台匀速旋转为前提,以此提出具有特点的控制方法,实行编程加工,获得较高的加工精度和较好的效益,是一次成功的尝试。研究经济型数控技术是有广阔前景的。

【Abstract】 A cam is a widely used machine part in mechnical engineering. It has many more advantages to machine it with an economical NC machine tool than with a direct copy. This paper mainly introduces an optimized mathematical model and discribes a special control method, in which the working table rotates with a constant speed and the movement of it is controled by a special program. High precision and much benefit have been successfuly obtained with the method. It proves that the application of, NC technology has opened up broad prospects for cam machining.
