Fe-B基微晶材料晶粒大小与高温硬度的关系
HOT HARDNESS AND CRYSTALLITE SIZE OF Fe-B MICROCRYSTALLINE MATERIAL
【摘要】 本文对Fe-B基微晶材料的反玻璃化热处理条件,组织精细程度和硬度(HVRT,HV500℃,HV600℃)三者之间关系作了系统的研究。在晶粒尺寸不太小时,HV与d-1/2呈直线关系,但在超细晶粒尺寸时,直线发生偏离。
【Abstract】 The hot hardness at elevated temperatures 500 and 600℃ of Fe-Bmicrocrystalline material with relation to the devitrifying annealing and structuralrefinement has been examined. It seems to be a linear relationship between hardnessand reciprocal square root of mean crystallite size not so fine, and to diverge fromthat for the ultrafine crystallites.
